●  Developing Cross-Language Skills (Flash/Flex, Javascript, C#, .Net, etc)

My goal is to be able to use these languages in conjunction in order to develop high-speed utility programs. Cross-language programs can greatly improve a team's productivity.

●   Advancing AI Skills

AI techniques are not only applicable to a wide variety of engineering systems, but also help reveal unexpected and creative solutions. As such, I’d like to improve my currents skills and acquire advanced skills.

●   Management Skills Development

Great management is key to a great company. I have greatly enjoyed holding management and leadership roles and would like to continue developing these skills in order to seek out more formal leadership opportunities.
